A little late today as catching up on the housework and being in the midst of renovations can delay things somewhat. But now it really is time to have another look at the comments our patients have left on our Patient Satisfaction Survey and the Friends and Family Test.


Dr Sam was very informative and reassuring


I’m registered at Grimethorpe surgery but recently have been coming to the cudworth one. I definitely prefer this one the doctors and receptionists are a lot nicer and caring.

Although the reception team at Cudworth is different from the one at Grimethorpe, the doctors are the same ones. This response therefore leaves us a little confused.

I have always managed to get an appointment straight away for my Grandson who is Down Syndrome within 10 minutes of the telephone conversation ending. The telephone staff has always been polite and very helpful. It may take about 20 minutes to get through on the telephone but that can’t be helped to the high volume of calls. I am more than pleased! More people should appreciate it isn’t an easy job and politeness works both ways. Thank you!


My appointment was a scheduled one with the nurse and she couldn’t have been more helpful.
