Need a same-day appointment, but the surgery has no availability?
When you are in need of a same-day appointment, and no GP appointments are available at the surgery, options remain open.
If you need to speak to someone, but the surgery has no availability, you can still speak to someone.
i-Heart can offer same day appointments with a nurse or GP during evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

The lines are open Monday-Friday 4-6 pm, and on weekends and bank holidays from 8-9.30 am.
They offer a confidential interpreter service, which is available in many languages, too, where needed.
Simply mention the language you wish to use when your call is answered.
