When the surgery is closed for training you can access medical help via the following routes:

– If your condition is life-threatening: Ring 999
– If your condition is urgent: Contact NHS 111, or follow the instructions on our phone message

For urgent same-day appointments, contact i-Heart on 01226 242419 between 4 and 6 pm.

If your condition is non-urgent, contact us from 8 am the next day, or, consult us online via AccuRx Triage, it may take up to 3 working days to respond to your query.
