It’s that time of the month again.
The surgery will be closed Wednesday 15 June from 12 pm for staff training. We open again at 8 am on Thursday 16 June.
Need medical help while we are closed?
Please contact NHS111 if it can’t wait till the next day.
If it is life-threatening, please ring 999 instead.
If it is less urgent, you can also use our online consultation system. However, it can take 3 working days for your query to be dealt with, so it isn’t suitable for urgent matters.
It is not suitable to request appointments or request repeat prescriptions. It is a great way of finding out the status of your referral, requesting a repeat fit note, asking a non-urgent medical question.
Many minor ailments can also be dealt with by the pharmacist, so it may also be worth giving them a try.
Interested in knowing what we will be doing during our training?
- We will have a brief staff meeting, discussing a few new developments.
- We will discuss ways of improving the way we deal with the many jobs that need to be done within the surgery.
- We will do online training (mandatory and statutory modules that all staff members work through at their own pace and in their own order)
We aim to be as well-informed and prepared as possible to be able to serve our patients to the best ability.
