The Jubilee Bank Holiday weekend is getting near!
Make sure you won’t run out of your medication. The surgery will be closed on Thursday the 2nd and Friday the 3rd of June. We will open again on Monday the 6th of June.
Remember to order your prescriptions on time. The processing time for your prescriptions by the surgery is 48 hours on working days. This does not include the processing time for the pharmacy.
To receive your prescriptions in time for the Bank Holiday Weekend, your prescriptions should have been requested on Monday at the latest. We cannot guarantee the prescription will be issued before Thursday, otherwise.
Remember the following about our repeat prescription ordering system:
- We will only issue medication for the day it is due (unless this falls on a bank holiday).
- We do not accept requests by phone.
- You can order your prescriptions online instead (NHS App, Patient Access)
- Alternatively, you can hand in your request at the surgery in person. (a box is available to post your request in)
