Telephone troubles this afternoon 12th May 2022.

You think you get a good new telephone system, at least we did.

Unfortunately, this afternoon, the phone lines are not accessible by our patients and we sincerely apologise for this.

Our provider is investigating the issue and has been doing so ever since we noticed this around 2.30 pm. They are still working on the problem and we hope they will soon get it sorted.

We are also not able to phone out on our system currently, but we have other means of contacting our patients where this is required.

If you need medical attention, please contact NHS 111 or alternatively i-Heart on 01226 242419 between 4 and 6 pm.

We do all within our problem to have the issue solved as soon as possible.

You can also seek non-urgent medical advice via AccuRx triage if needed. This system can, however, take up to three working days to receive a response and is not suited for urgent issues. (NHS 111 or i-Heart for these).
