We apologise for any inconvenience caused, but our Grimethorpe site is experiencing problems with their phones once more (the new system was supposed to be better but we are having little evidence of this so far). This means you are currently unable to use 01226 716809 to get through to us.
Although we can receive and make calls, we are unable to hear the other end and only receive a dead telephone line, the other side can hear us.
We have received this update on our phone problem from our provider: “We have found the problem there is a major outage with Gamma it will more than likely be affecting multiple CCG sites, we are now contacting them and they are looking at it for us.”
