11/2/19 18:42 Important news re our phone lines

Update 12/2/19: We believe this problem is now resolved. You should no longer experience a problem with our phone lines and you should either be able to speak to a receptionist or receive an engaged tone if our receptionists are already dealing with another call.

We regret to inform you we are experiencing significant problems with our phone lines this evening. This means that although you phone us, you are unable to get through to us and you also will not be diverted to NHS 111 as you would normally be.

We apologise for this problem, which we are trying to rectify as soon as possible.

For now, please phone NHS 111 when you require medical help tonight. We have logged the problem with the appropriate services, however, they have not been able to rectify it just yet.

We hope to get this sorted again in the morning and apologise for the inconvenience this brings to you, our patients.
