Our main surgery is in The Grimethorpe Centre, Acorn Way, Grimethorpe.
Our branch surgery is in The Cudworth Centre, Carlton Street, Cudworth.
We have both male and female GPs and a full nursing team at both sites.
Both surgeries have on-site parking and are close to bus stops and local amenities.

No smoking or use of mobile phones is permitted within the surgery buildings.
