Welcome to Grimethorpe and Cudworth surgeries, Dr Ramulu, Dr Maters and the

whole team welcome existing and new patients. 

Our main surgery is in The Grimethorpe Centre, Acorn Way, Grimethorpe.

Our branch surgery is in  The Cudworth Centre, Carlton Street, Cudworth.

We have both male and female GPs and a full nursing team at both sites.

Both surgeries have on site parking, are close to bus stops and local amenities. 

We are fully compliant with the Disability Discrimination Act.  

No smoking or use of mobile phones is permitted within the surgery buildings.

New Patients – How to Register with our Practice

The practice always welcomes new patients. 

To register with us please bring your medical card or ask at reception for a GMS 1 (new patient registration form).  Newly registered patients will be invited for a consultation with the Practice Nurse for a New Patient health check.

Telephone Access

All our staff are capable of taking messages to pass on to the relevant doctor/nurse.  Every thing is treated in strict confidence.

For routine enquiries a member of staff will ask the doctor/nurse to return your call or alternatively you may telephone back when the doctor/nurse is available, usually at 12 noon.
